To use Brydje, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Brydje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of Brydje is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may share limited data with MLS partners, analytics providers, and service vendors as necessary to provide and improve our services.
Brydje displays listings obtained from Multiple Listing Services (MLS). All MLS data is owned by the respective MLS provider and cannot be redistributed without authorization.
Brydje supports the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act. We prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
All materials on Brydje are the property of Brydje or its licensors, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission. By submitting content (such as photos, reviews, or comments), you grant Brydje a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You agree not to upload or transmit false, misleading, or illegal content, or interfere with the Platform's functionality.
Brydje may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including MLS providers, mortgage lenders, or advertisers. Brydje is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
You may deactivate or delete your Brydje account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@brydje.com. Certain data may be retained as required by law, MLS agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and auditing.
Brydje provides the Platform and all MLS data 'as is' and 'as available.' Brydje does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. All content, including property listings, estimates, and analytics, is provided for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brydje and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Your exclusive remedy for any dispute relating to the Platform is limited to the correction of errors or, at Brydje's discretion, a refund of any fees paid for the Platform.
If you access Brydje through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Brydje, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Platform or any content, services, or support. Any claims related to the app must be directed to Brydje, not Apple. The app is provided 'as is' without warranties from Apple.

Any property valuation or estimate provided by Brydje is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brydje, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Brydje may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brydje regarding the Platform.
